Live Online Education Efficiency Mediators From the Actor Network Theory Perspective

Purpose The purpose of this research was to explore the conceptual network live online education efficiency from Actor Network Theory perspective reveal different aspects influencing quality training less accounted for in previous research. Methodology used analyse qualitative feedback 100 sessions. Responses 90 educators and 556 participants were coded into enablers inhibitors further clustered actors that might mediate learning success. Findings key finding is a visual representation complex potentially affecting quality, revealing interplay non-human (e.g., hardware, software, session design, descriptions), as well human elements (participants their expectations, emotional reactions attributed network, organisers, external mentors/experts).
